Pinwoo Home Décor and Building Materials Co. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) operates the website www.pinwoo.net. By placing an order through our platform, you agree to the following refund and return policy.
一、適用範圍 Scope of Application
本政策適用於本網站銷售之「選品商品」、「客製化產品」、「設計顧問與專案型服務」以及「藝術創作代售作品」等品項。
This policy applies to curated products, customized items, project-based design services, and consigned artworks sold through this website.
二、一般商品退貨說明 Standard Product Returns
- 依《消費者保護法》規定,您享有商品到貨後七日(含例假日)內之猶豫期(非試用期)。退貨商品須保持全新完整,未拆封、未使用,並保留原包裝。
According to the Consumer Protection Act, customers have a 7-day cooling-off period after receiving the product. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. - 以下情況不適用退貨:
- 商品已明顯使用或人為損壞
- 拆封後無法回復原狀之商品(例如布料裁切、個人衛生品)
- 明顯標示為不接受退換之特惠品項
The following items are not eligible for return: - Used or damaged goods due to customer handling
- Items that cannot be restored to original condition once opened
- Discounted or clearance items labeled as “non-returnable”
三、客製化、期貨與專案型服務退款規範 Customized, Made-to-Order & Project-Based Services
- 客製化商品(如依指定尺寸、材料、顏色製作之產品)、期貨 / 預購商品(下單後依訂單製作之產品)與專案型服務(如設計規劃、空間顧問、整合提案等),因具專屬性與不可回復性,恕不提供七日鑑賞期,亦不接受任意取消或退費。
Customized products (e.g., made-to-order items), pre-order goods (produced only after an order is placed), and project-based services (e.g., design consultation, space planning, integration proposals) are not eligible for the 7-day return policy due to their personalized and irreversible nature. - 若因特殊情況需終止合作或取消訂單,雙方可依實際作業進度協議退費比例,說明如下:
- 尚未進入製作階段者,可退回已付款項 90%(扣除行政作業費 10%)
- 已完成初步提案或生產準備者,可退回 50%(並交付已完成之內容)
- 已進入製作、加工或執行階段者,恕不退費
In special cases where cancellation is necessary, both parties may negotiate a refund proportion based on the progress of the work: - If production has not begun, 90% of the payment will be refunded (10% administrative fee retained)
- If initial proposals or production preparation has been completed, 50% refund may be granted with completed materials provided
- No refunds will be issued once production, processing, or execution has started
- 若因製作錯誤或交付失誤等可歸責於本公司之原因,我們將協助修正、補償或合理處理。
In cases of delivery errors or production defects caused by the Company, we will provide corrections, replacements, or other compensation.
四、藝術創作代售商品退換規則 Consigned Artworks
藝術作品具獨特性與不可複製性,訂單一經確認即無法取消、退換,敬請於購買前審慎評估。
All artworks are unique and non-replicable. Orders are final and cannot be canceled or returned once confirmed. Please review carefully before purchasing.
若於運送過程中有明顯損毀,請於 24 小時內拍照存證並聯繫我們,我們將協助進行保險理賠或其他替代方案。
If the artwork is damaged during shipping, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours. We will assist with insurance claims or arrange an alternative solution.
五、退貨流程與退款時間 Return Process & Refund Timeline
- 請於符合條件的退貨期限內,透過 email 或網站聯絡表單提出退貨申請。
Please contact us via email or the website contact form within the eligible return period to initiate a return. - 經本公司確認後,您須於 5 日內將商品妥善包裝並寄回(以寄件日為準)。
Upon approval, you must return the item within 5 days, properly packaged. - 退款將於本公司驗收商品後 7–14 個工作天內退回至原支付方式。
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
